I build leaders at scale.
As Co-Founder of the #1 real estate team in Los Angeles, we scaled to over $1B in annual volume within two years and built a 500+ agent organization.
What Makes Me Different
Most organizations scale by adding people. We scale by multiplying leaders.
Growth doesn’t happen by accident. It’s designed long before it’s needed.
Systems are built before pressure forces them. Structure comes before scale.
Culture isn’t left to chance either. It’s shaped intentionally — clarified, reinforced, and protected as the organization expands.
Growth should never dilute depth. And when pressure rises — because it always does — faith anchors the foundation.
Decisions aren’t driven by ego or fear, but by conviction.
Lead with love. Design for scale.
My Story
I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was eight years old. My father and I started with a simple retail arbitrage business on eBay, flipping a rare video game from OfficeMax in Texas—an early lesson in supply, demand, and relentless execution. Over the next decade, I grew that business alongside my college studies, managing to save my first $30,000 while still a student.
After graduating with a degree in Musical Theatre from Texas State University, I pursued a career as a performer—over a thousand shows worldwide. That stage presence honed my communication, storytelling, and quick thinking—skills that now serve me as a leader.
For two years, I served full-time in ministry, leading worship and small groups, and helping plant churches across the western U.S. I led teams of volunteers in their toughest seasons, building scalable structures to multiply leadership. But it was a prayer retreat that shifted my course—God made it clear I was to focus on real estate, a calling I saw in my wife, whose success as an agent inspired me.
In my first 10 months in real estate, I sold $25 million in volume—mostly from open houses and Zillow. That momentum led me to co-found Rise, now a top real estate team scaling across multiple markets. Today, I guide leaders in business growth, anchored by faith, and driven by a belief that leadership multiplies when it’s built on love.
In January 2025, our family experienced something that tested everything we believed about leadership and faith. The Eaton wildfire tore through Los Angeles, and at 3:30am we ran out of our home with jackets thrown over our children. We never returned.
Losing our home was devastating. But it clarified what can’t be taken: faith, family, and the people you’ve poured into. In crisis, leadership isn’t about scale — it’s about stability. It’s about being calm when everything else is burning. That season deepened my conviction that real growth must be built on foundations that endure pressure.
I live in Southern California with my wife, Lauren, and our three kids—Lucy, Adeline, and Asher. Marriage, family, and faith shape every decision, and I believe that when you lead with love, you create a foundation for lasting scale.
